Personal data protection

This system collects only the data the service needs (data minimisation). Buying tickets, leaving feedback and browsing plants are possible without giving your name.

The e-mail in a ticket order is optional and kept for 90 days. Contact details of feedback and excursion requests are deleted automatically 180 days after the matter is closed.

Metadata (GPS coordinates, phone model) is removed from photos automatically. The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Personal data never appears in links or technical logs.

The data controller is N(N)LE "Zugdidi Botanical Garden". To see, correct or delete your data, contact the garden administration.
